Cassandra Monteith has been in finance, namely banking and wealth management, over the past 30 years. She has been in her current role as a Senior Vice President, Regional Credit Administrator for Tri Counties Bank of California for over 15 of those years. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer for three commercial banks, and Partner of an investment advisory firm named Belvedere Group, which was located in Tiburon, California.  

Although finance has been her profession where she developed an expertise in credit administration, she also owns a Gospel music record label called TWO Records. The company produces and distributes Black Gospel music and currently has four recording projects enjoying global distribution. TWO stands for The Word Out, which is exactly the company's mission: to get the Word of God Out, namely Jesus, to those who need to hear.  

The following are the organizations she is (and has been) involved:  Love Never Fails, Advisory Board Member and Executive Producer of One Voice Crying in the Wilderness Gospel music project;  Marin City Health and Wellness Center, Board Member;  Southern Marin Bible Institute, past Board Member;  Over 21 (NPO for developmentally disabled adults), past Board Member; Lighthouse for the Blind, past volunteer; Bridge the Gap, past tutor for at-risk youth.
