Mindy serves as VP of Partner Engagement, and Executive Assistant to the founder of CityServe Int’l; an organization focused on equipping the local church to participate in meeting the whole needs of its community.

She is also a public speaking trainer and coach and is most passionate about bringing her years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, to the work of nonprofit organizations and individuals, to equip them in delivering their messages of hope.

Mindy is a speaker and advocate for survivors of Human Trafficking, involved with local and global organizations in the fight against this evil.

She has been in leadership in women’s ministries for her adult life, developing leaders, and leading retreats and workshops for women.

She and her husband, Tim, are involved in ministry together, and have 2 grown boys. She is a TedX speaker.
