Richard Tso is a retired real estate developer and practicing civil engineer in Northern California.

With a career spanning over 30 years in planning, civil engineering, surveying, and construction, he has been responsible for the entitlement, design, and construction of various projects throughout Northern California.

Richard holds a BS in Civil Engineering from UC Davis and is currently active in numerous non-profit ventures.
