Tim Ambrose

Tim Ambrose holds a BA in Business Management from St. Mary’s College and has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. He currently works at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and is ranked in the

Top 1% nationwide in home sales. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Women’s

Council of Realtors, California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals, and the California

Association of Realtors (CAR), where he is serving in his 7th term as a member of the Board of Directors. As a Director with CAR, he has served on numerous committees and is currently the Chair of the Fair Housing and Diversity Forum for 2023.

Tim is an active member locally with the Bay East Association of Realtors and served as President in 2018. He is a regular speaker for Social and Racial Justice on topics such as Reparations for African American Families, Closing the Home Ownership Gap for Black and Brown People, PoliceReform, Equity in Education and Health Care.

Tim and his wife Paula were married in 1997 and have a daughter attending Howard University in

Washington, DC. Tim is a South Bay Community Church member, where he serves as Chair of the Elder Board. He is an avid golfer and is a member of the Northern California Golf Association and Lawyers & Judges Golf Club, where he sits on the Board of Directors. Tim is also an avid hiker and a collector of vintage men’s watches.
